Hôtels et resorts de luxe

This could be very nice in the future but now it is a construction site with almost no facilities and a poor location. The rooms are all right but very noisy and we could hear every noise from the rooms next door. There is no restaurant although they did provide some cheese and wine for us. When we asked for a recommendation for dinner we were told that the nearest restaurant was in Modica almost half an hour away. Overall this hotel was very poor value for money even though the staff were helpful

lovely relaxing place, excellent food and wine. A couple of things that could have been better: there were no glasses in the room, only plastic glasses and the room was not properly cleaned every day and we stayed a week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend it to friends

Peccato ! Il complesso alberghiero è molto bello . La location è addirittura spettacolare. Manca purtroppo il personale in alcuni servizi. Ai bordi piscina non c'è traccia di addetti (bagnini) a cui chiedere un telo bagno. In costume da bagno , un ospite è costretto a recarsi alla reception per farseli consegnare dall'addetta all'in coming. Alle ore 13,00 - ora di un buon aperitivo ai bordi della piscina - non c'è traccia di camerieri per questo servizio . Dopo averli ordinati direttamente al bar ( DUE ANALCOLICI ) ci sono stati serviti assieme a quattro pasticcini con crema ! " Non c'erano salatini " è stata la risposta. Nelle camere , infestate da zanzare , per avere un fornellino chiesto alle ore 17,00 , si è atteso sino alle ore 2,00 di notte . Peccato ! Poteva essere un bel soggiorno. Magnifique hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût, piscine superbe, vue sur l'Etna… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, proche de Taormina mais sans la foule de touristes. Peut-être un petit manque de service, notamment le soir où le restaurant et le bar sont fermés… très bon rapport qualité/prix.
