A stunning location on the slopes of Mt Etna with accommodations to match the beauty of the surrounding natural elements. A special shout out to all the staff who made us feel at home, relaxed and well taken care of. A particular note of thanks to Nuwan of the concierge staff who arranged enjoyable, stress free excursions and transfers for us

Accommodation at Castello Tafuri was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and always smiling, full marks to Lora, and the evening waitress who I cannot remember her name, she has a sister who serves breakfast too. A small suggestion would be to have some English speaking TV channels especially news channels. Great experience in all xx
