Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise.Unsere Suite war viel zu teuer. Die Einrichtung ist geschmacklos und heruntergekommen. Das Schild zur Anfahrt war hinter dichtem Gebüsch versteckt. Das Personal gab sich Mühe.

The stay was exceptional. If you had higher ratings per each category I would select that. In fact this is the first time I am leaving a comment on any hotel in my life and I am a frequent traveler. Everything was perfect, the room, the premises, the food - all part of a thoroughly thought through experience.

Il ns (purtroppo) breve soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! L'impatto con il freddo parcheggio e ascensore non deve trarre in inganno: il relais che si svela all'apertura della porta dell'ascensore è suggestivo..a noi è sembrato di essere in un'altra epoca, il sapiente restauro ha mantento intatto il fascino di questa antica struttura. Siamo arrivati al relais nel tardo pomeriggio, in tempo per sistemarsi e gustare il tramonto con un ottimo bicchiere di Nero d'Avola sulla splendida "terrazza privata". Peccato non poter ancora cenare nella struttura, ma la recepionist ci ha lo stesso indicato un ottimo ristorante nelle vicinanze. Il buffet della colazione si è rivelato molto vario, abbondante e di qualità. Non abbiamo potuto visitare la cantina per mancanza di tempo, ma...torneremo! Una nota di merito a tutto il personale che è costantemente presente e attento alle eventuali esigenze degli ospiti. Grazie.
