Hotel avec un accueil très mauvais, certainement pas digne des 4 étoiles. Les lits n'etaient pas préparés comme demandé (nous avons du nous meme faire le troisieme lit), le personnel pas aimable, la piscine très bruillante et avec une eau pas propre

Alles war perfekt bis auf eine Gruppe Studenten, die gleichzeitig im B&B waren. Diese waren überaus laut und haben die verfügbaren Räumlichkeiten für sich beansprucht. Ansonsten sehr gut.

This is a wonderfully sited hotel with really lovely staff (we would like to praise Carmela and Carmelo but they stand for all the others in their friendly helpfulness). The food was superb. The service excellent. The decor and ambiance very pleasant. We missed having a more intimate lounge where guests might have met each other more easily. The white plastic chairs on our balcony need fixing as the broken plastic strips can scratch and even cut they are so sharp. More books and magazines would have been good. But these are minor points and we would warmly recommend the hotel. The prices were very reasonable.
