Really enjoyed our stay, particularly the wine tasting that was laid on for us .

We chose this hotel for our 40 year wedding because last year we are very happy with the food in Your restaurant and the rooms. The staff in the bar, restaurant and reception were very friendly. We had Some problems with the water. It rains water from the ceiling but the reception man solved the problems. But if there is always too little staff in the restaurant, for example, then everything will go wrong. We ordered, regularly, starter and main course, but the starter then came with the main course and we ordered bottles of wine with the food, only we didn't get bottles of wine. The organization did not go well. The Maitre can do nothing about it if it is far too busy with far too few staff. Last but not least for us, the level of the food was terribly low. We ate a la carte, with 7 people. and apart from the fact that there was no cracking or taste, there were no vegetarian dishes on the menu. Our pregnant daughter and son-in-law were both vegetarian, no fish and meat, and the only thing they could get was grilled vegetables. this was all unworthy of a hotel of your level.

Wifi badly set up and was not readily accessible. Breakfast coffee terrible. Breakfast food and service poor. Wonderful location and pool. Bar service excellent. Restaurant very good. Reception staff good. Thank you!

mi sono trovata molto bene, personale molto cortese ma molto lento il servizio. avrei degli appunti da fare: - kit di cortesia in camera molto scarso, mancavano dalla cuffia alla penna, mancava veramente tutto, un alberghetto 3 stelle è più fornito. - poca comunicazione tra cucina e personale, soprattutto quello in piscina e in spiaggia: quella povera ragazza faceva avanti e indietro macinando chilometri e se ti dimenticavi di ordinare qualcosa non la ordinavi più perchè se no lei doveva andare in cucina dire cosa preparare e tornare e intanto passava un'ora. sarebbe bastata una ricetrasmittente così intanto che lei faceva strada le cose venivano preparate. la struttura è molto bella e la cucina è ottima, è stato molto piacevole e rilassante lo consiglierò, grazie A presto!
