We stayed in Zash 12 days in August this year Everything was great! Beautiful room, hospitality: nothing was too much, very good restaurant! Great holiday, thanks for this, lovely people Zash hotel.

E'stato il nostro primo soggiorno in un Relais de Charme e si è rivelato un vero successo. Il Podere è in effetti un po'fuori dalla città e non vicinissimo alla spiaggia,ma lo sapevamo e abbiamo noleggiato un'auto all'aeroporto,per essere indipendenti.Il posto è elegantissimo, il servizio e la cortesia di tutto il personale, dai receptionists alla signora delle pulizie,non sono comuni a molti altri resort. Noi possiamo solo ringraziare tutti loro per averci ospitato e accolto così bene. Paola-Alessandro

The staff we very nice and helpfull. We felt that the fixed menu dinner was more regime than philosopy all beit it was indeed very nice, but also feel that it should reflect natural scicily/italy food culture. The bar area and indeed restaurant lack atmosphere, ambience and character.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are very private with great views. Food out of this world, with amazing breakfasts outside on the terrace. Atmospheric bar with wine from the estate. Well placed for visits to Etna and Taormina
