great hotel , great experience few details to improve no where to hang you towel after you shower and the showers need a rack to put your soap and shampoo on ,, you have to put them on the floor in the shower

My husband and I, together with two teenage children arrived at the beautiful Borgo del Carato and were impressed with the stunning accommodation and facilities. We stayed in an apartment and loved the breakfast poolside, the pool was absolutely wonderful, such a relaxing and enjoyable time. On one evening they were hosting a wedding reception poolside and we, together with other guests enjoyed a 3 course meal in the courtyard with beautiful wine and food. We loved going to visit Noto and Ortygia, such an easy drive. It had an element of a 'Tuscany' feel, wonderful location, facilities, host and so relaxing and enjoyable. Bei den Suiten direkt am Meer fehlt ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Sitzplatz. Der Fernseher in der Suite ist im Schlafzimmer falsch plaziert und auch viel viel zu klein. Sollte im Wohnzimmer und grösser sein. Die Badezimmer wurden (Toilette) nicht immer überall perfekt gereinigt. Es gab jeden Tag Teigwaren und Reis, Kartoffeln, Mais etc. fehlte, also zwar reichhaltig aber zu wenig Abwechslung. Der Wein war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett.

Absolument fantastique ! Le jardin est merveilleux, le restaurant est excellent, les chambres sont superbes et la piscine très agréable. Bref, séjour paradisiaque ! Merci à tous les collaborateurs du Castello San Marco
