very excellent stay, great food and friendly people

We stayed in the old building and thought it was beautiful and loved it atmosphere and our room was gorgeous. The views were fantastic and staff were most accomodating when we orginally booked as a couple but turned up with our friend who had flown out unexpectedly from London.

Siamo molto contenti dell'accoglienza del personale tutto del Resort che ha mostrato un livello elevato di ospitalità in tutti i settori della struttura. Anche se abitiamo a circa 200Km,pensiamo di tornare per un breve soggiorno in un posto così delizioso. Antonella e Angelo.

Hi Please can you come back to me on the following point. When I originally asked for a quote for this accommodation you quoted for your fee which was paid in advance then the money which was due to be paid at the location. I feel like we have been taken as when we arrived at the company office they said we had to pay a further 8 euros a day for the consumption, 40 euros for cleaning and 20 euros for towels and sheets. I thought this rather a large fee to pay when you are not expecting it on top of the room rate. If I had known then I could have made a judgement of whether the accomodation was worth the cost versus other options! Regards Caroline Collins
