Quality - and prices - are very high, so we were very surprised 1) that internet access is not included in the price of the room but costs as much as 6 Euro per hour, and 2) that the hotel could not provide us with an electrical adaptor for our pc but sent us to the shops to buy one. It cost as little as 10 Euro, so I would strongly recommend that the 5 star hotel invest in one in order to avoid frustrations like ours.

Tutto perfetto, servizio molto gradevole et efficiente

It was a nice play, close to the historycal centre of Catania. The host was very kind, she explained me everything to feel confortable, and she helped me to plan my one day trip to see the most important thinks in the city. Thanks!
