Salve, ho trovato la Vs struttura molto bella e con un buon livello di servizi e cortesia, ritengo tuttavia, soprattutto quando si chiede un prezzo per il soggiorno sopra la media, che non sia una scelta azzeccata quella di consentire l'ingresso ,soprattutto in piscina, di persone non ospiti. Chi sceglie di passare qualche giorno a Villa Gussio cerca un posto dove potere rilassarsi, ritengo del resto che questo sia il Vs. obiettivo, e consentire ad altre persone, magari interi nuclei familiari diciamo un pò esuberanti, di usufruire degli stessi servizi dei clienti può infastidire. Man hatte uns wohl das am ungünstigten gelegene Zimmer reserviert, gleich neben der Eingangshalle, und sehr klein. Das Restaurant und der Service entsprachen bei weitem nicht dem vorgegebenen Standard des Hotels.

If you book the room , you think you will get a room in the hotel itself - if you come there you are a few streets further which is not what you booked - you get in stead of that a student room - which the cost is much to high - it is ok if you would pay less.

The proof of this being by far our favourite hotel in Taormina is that we keep returning. There is nothing I can think of that could make it better - except (and it is only a small point) it is our taste that the live music need not be so loud. Everything about the Grand Hotel Atlantis Bay is superb - location, beach, large swimming pool, restaurant, rooms (with fabulous view), and of course the wonderful staff who make us feel so welcome. We will be back next summer!
