The Shalai Resort in Linguaglossa was excellent. The staff were all courteous and professional, very willing to help or assist. Our room was spotlessly clean, even the balcony outside. There were very good restaurants nearby, as were Mt. Etna wineries and the beautiful town of Taormina. This was a very relaxing hotel, just right after a busy day enjoying Sicily.

If youre looking for peace and quiet and perfect tranquillity look no further. It is also close to Mazzara del vallo, Marsala, Trapani , Erice and The sweet Island of favignana.

I recommend this hotel in many ways. It has an old world charm that is becoming harder to find in this busy world. The staff are very courteous and not "too busy to be polite" as in other places but quite the opposite. The building itself and the decorations are exquisite.

We had a lovely 10 days family holiday .It was very relaxed spot .Staff was very friendly and will highly recommend it Big thanks to Maria Hope to see you again next summer
