We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Small improvements might include: - a better and more frequent shuttle service between the hotel and Ortegia; - toilets at the two beaches; - a better choice of food at the Poolside Restaurant; - slightly more attentive, efficient and friendly service.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and all was lovely, Mr Fabbiano was a great help and we shared a few ideas with him. For a taxi anywhere you need to head to the Corsa Umberto which is a reasonable uphill walk to the bus station then up in the lift and across the square, the same goes for the closest supermarket. In the apartment was lovely, minor complaint was a very hard mattress but they cannot please everyone. View is amazing from the pool. The restaurant just outside the top of the road (Osteria Le Tre Vie) is exceptional All in all a very lovely and relaxing stay PS try the Paradise beach club and its taxi service, it is cheaper than heading to the beachfront in a taxi with a nice pool and good food

Ottimo albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.cordialità del personale e molto accogliente. E' stato già da me segnalato a parenti del luogo. Sicuramente scelto per la prossima volta che dovrò pernottare a Sant'Agata di Militello

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Borgo Alveria genossen. Das familiär betriebene Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Das aus einem Kloster hervorgegangene Ensemble ist sorgfältig restauriert und zeitgemäss eingerichtet. Die Küche ist kulinarisch auf hohem Niveau. Ein Geheimtipp für all jene, die sich nach dem Ausflug in die Städtchen der Umgebung an einem beschaulichen Ort entspannen wollen.
