We simply enjoyed every second at the property. Our trip to Japan has cancelled last minute so we were very grateful that we were welcomed so warm and friendly, so this was very much welcome

A stunning property. We were treated to an upgrade from the standard room that we booked to a junior suite - very luxurious and special. The restaurant is excellent for dinner. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we had in Sicily. The concierge booked a guide for us for a full day on Mt. Etna and we had a fabulous day. Only positive things to say about Donna Carmela.

It was wonderfull vocation. We spend 1 week in a luxury appartment with amizing view to the orange garden and privat pool. The staff was very very friendly. Michelin star restaurant was incredible. Thank you very much for chef and all restaurant team for incredible dinner. The breakfast was unique. I would like to say big thank for all hotel staff for safety policy during this pandemic period.
