The situation was excellent & the courtesy & welcome very good. The bar/dinner service was slow.

We had a problem with the reservation through icastelli.net due to la dimora del genio mistake - we booked for 2 nights and we could stay only one night in the hotel. The 2nd night we stayed at a room in the same street but not with the same atmosphere as la dimora del genio - we got a very small discount on the room but still payed way to much for it.
