The property is well maintained and very comfortable. It is however unsuitable for elderly guests due to the amount of steps involved getting around the property. The parking facilities are almost non existent and this area needs attention as it is sometimes impossible to find a parking spot and the road alongside the property is extremely steep and difficult to manoeuvre the car The interior of the apartments and the views are outstanding. The pool is very nice but cold as the solar heating did not seem to work very well We think the owners should provide soap, shampoo for guests as the nearest supermarket is a difficult 15 minute walk up a very steep hill The property is also not signposted and guests have to make an international phone call to the owner to gain access to the property if they are non Italian guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay but believe some minor changes could make it an outstanding stay We also disagree with the owners policy of reading the electrical meter on guests arrival and potentially charging more if the electrical allowance is exceeded. This is after all a "Luxury Residence" Soap, shampoo and electricity should all be included in the tariff

This is our third stay at this wonderful residence. Love it every time. Mr Fabbiano has always been a caring and very helpful host and the accommodation in itself can't be faulted. Can't wait until our next visit.

Tout était parfait sauf la déception à l'arrivée de découvrir que le balcon n'est pas privatif (3chambres ouvrent sur une petite terrasse) ce qui gêne l"intimité mais ambiance tres agréable de cet hotel où l'accueil est discret masi attentif . Bon restaurant .MALFA est un village tres agréable . Ok pour réutiliser les services d'I CASTELLI mais cette fois -ci pour une location de petite maison et piscine en Sicile (loin des touristes si possible) ! Merci

A very beautiful place with spectaculair views. The staff is always very friendly, patient and willing to help. They treaat you like a princess! The food is excellent! The suites are amazingly beautifull.
