Overall, all 5 of my family enjoyed our stay at Zash and the number of queries I had, were dealt with in a professional manner. I appreciated the owners email addressing my issues and her subsequent price reduction to our final invoice. All your staff were very helpful and charming, in particular Daniel, who we thought was great. Your restaurant is fabulous in every way and the chef serves a very good standard of Cuisine. I hope the owner acts on my advice for some 'Private' signs to help guests in Room 10 maintain their privacy.

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Only one negative comment: the shower cubicle leaked badly and needs to be fixed. If we are lucky enough to come to Sicily again we hope to stay with you! Mark and Jojo

We had a lovely stay - the apartment was fantastically well equipped. We also had a magnificent view, of Etna and the Coastline, from our bedroom, living room and balcony. All facilities on site were spot on - lovely shaded pool, lounge area, and good laundry facilities. Hosts were fantastic also - some of the best and most accommodating we have ever come across. Only slight negative is the walk back up to town, with the very steep hill and short route along the roadway. No issue for younger generation but perhaps may be an inconvience to others. But on the flip side to this, the location was much quieter and allowed for free street parking just outside the residence. Plus the walk was a good warm up for etna. A very enjoyable stay - we wouldn't hesitate to go back. :-)
