ottima la struttura ottima la posizione, ma il servizio in generale e nello specifico al ristorante, sicuramente non all'altezza.

Idéalement situe au bord de l'eau dans une jolie crique, a l'abri du tumulte du centre ville (ce qui n'exclut pas des passages ferroviaires juste derrière l'hôtel et, pour notre cas, une fête nocturne de l'autre côté de la baie bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit). Buffet de petit déjeuner abondant. Il est très facile d'accéder au centre par un téléphérique a 5mn de l'hôtel. Notre passage nous aura laissé, au final, un bon souvenir.

Hi Please can you come back to me on the following point. When I originally asked for a quote for this accommodation you quoted for your fee which was paid in advance then the money which was due to be paid at the location. I feel like we have been taken as when we arrived at the company office they said we had to pay a further 8 euros a day for the consumption, 40 euros for cleaning and 20 euros for towels and sheets. I thought this rather a large fee to pay when you are not expecting it on top of the room rate. If I had known then I could have made a judgement of whether the accomodation was worth the cost versus other options! Regards Caroline Collins

Fantastic setting near the beach and a great pool And pool bar. The staff were very professional, Courteous and extremely helpful. The room was good but the mattress was extremely Uncomfortable - this was addressed when I informed the staff But I believe the standard of bed should be better for A four star hotel. The wine bar was beautiful but was lacking atmosphere. Nobody every really went into it which is a real shame - I Think the hotel need to do more to promote it.
