Villa Neri is a welcoming hotel, beautifully located on the slopes of the Etna. Good views, good pool, consistent delivery of service, excellent breakfast. Perhaps the only tiny minus here goes to the restaurant itself and the menu. Two different dishes came with the same vegetable julienne, which should not happen. Also, on my dish the chef forgot the potatoes, which came after we pointed it out. They were served late, but in the end they were OK. We liked our stay there very much, but would definitly and humbly suggest a revamp on the menu and on the cooking, giving that extra edge the hotel could use. thumbs up for villa neri (also would recommend changing the limoncello brand).

We did not use all the possibilities offered by the hotel therefore we rated "leisure" as N/A.

Lovely setting, lovely food, very nice room and a comfy bed. Only surprise was that entry to the spa was an extra 15 Euros each, not a big gripe though.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Das Essen war excellent, sehr gute Weine, leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer sehr stylisch, Altes und Modernes sehr gelungen kombiniert. Sehr schöner, großer Pool, inmitten von Zitrushainen, Blick auf den Ätna....ein Traum.
