My husband and I, together with our teenage children were fortunate enough to stay at Luxury Residence Taormina. We had a two bedroom apartment with a sea view and direct access to the cliff-edge pool. We loved the location, only 350m walk uphill to arrive at Taormina's piazza, filled with vibrant cafes and restaurants with fresh, delicious food and wine. The view was stunning, located within walking distance to gorgeous shops, a cable car to access Isola Bella and beaches and boat trips. There is no need to have a car if just staying in Taormina - simply beautiful and enjoyable. Would highly recommend the accommodation and the helpful host, Francesco - nothing was too much trouble, assisted with international posting to Australia, car parking and great recommendations.
