l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è l'avere tolta l'unica stufa dal ristorante durante la cena. La struttura è bella e accogliente. Sicuramente occorrerebbe un pò di musica nelle stanze, nell'ascensore e nel ristorante. La massaggiatrice è fantastica! Cordialità Marina Leuzzi

We were delighted with our stay in your hotel and the quality of the welcome we received. Your staff were very helpful and allowed us to retrieve our rental car which was stuck on the median of the road in Punta Maddalena due to the heavy rain. Due to Hurricane Apollo we extended our stay by 2 days in your hotel. Unfortunately the Villa Carlotta where we were to stay in Taormina refused to make a commercial gesture and charged us for the nights of 29 and 30 October. We are going to make use of our insurance and would need a certificate from you for the case of force majeure that we suffered and the impossibility where we were to go to Taormina because of the floods and the immobilization of our vehicle. This was a wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The location is magical and convenient for touring the area. The food was wonderful. I will be back!!

The hotel was beautiful, and the service was excellent. In particular, Simona at the reception desk and Adele in the restaurant we’re both extremely helpful. We would be happy to return anytime.
