Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer et lits jumeaux.La chambre qui nous a été présentée comme étant la seule ayant des lits jumeaux était sans vue sur mer,sombre, sans fenêtre et pas digne d'un 4* On nous a proposé un upgrade très bien(G5)mais avec supplément de 100€ pour la semaine. Inattendu ! Nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

problèmes de rideau impossible de tirer le gros rideau pour avoir moins de luminosité, et le rideau fin aussi. je pense que vous auriez pu proposer une autre chambre, celle-ci étant au rez. Vu le nombre de résidents. Au minimum un geste commercial. Mais que des explications qui ressemblent à des justifications.......

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Small improvements might include: - a better and more frequent shuttle service between the hotel and Ortegia; - toilets at the two beaches; - a better choice of food at the Poolside Restaurant; - slightly more attentive, efficient and friendly service.

Hi, This boutique hotel is amazing, new hotel perfectly located. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, Miriam and Andrea were exceptional. All the other staff were also so friendly and made our stay lie we were at home. The appointments of the hotel are carefully selected which are impeccable. I would highly recommend to anyone want to stay in Taormina. Daniel
