Luxury hotels and resorts

Hotel nuovo con servizi eccellenti. Il personale ci ha trattati con grandissimo riguardo organizzando per noi cene ed escursioni. La nostra camera era arredata in maniera moderna con ogni comfort. Anche il ristorante interno all'hotel è ottimo. Ci abbiamo cenato due volte con grande soddisfazione anche grazie ai preziosi consigli di Leonardo per ciò che riguarda i vini. Ho provato anche i servizi del centro benessere: massaggio e trattamento viso eseguiti alla perfezione e con ottimi prodotti da Samuela. Senza dubbio una esperienza da ripetere.

Une merveille, un lieu d'exemption , idéalement situé dans la ville, les chambres sont immenses et ont un style vieux palace tres confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est à voir une fois dans sa vie!!! Le restaurant de la piscine tres bon et le service incroyable , tout est magique dans ce lieu... La cour intérieure autour de ce cloître est magnifique car tout vitré donc tres lumineux. Comme un jardin secret , les jardins autours sont à tomber et foisonne de végétation , bref on a adoré ce séjour... Trop court!!!

Great experience. Wonderful, calm atmosphere. World class amenities. Excellent staff. My only criticism is breakfast ... not very good quality ingredients. I don't believe omelettes were freshly made, they seemed reheated. It's a common criticism for a lot of nice hotels for me. I think times have moved on and people expect better quality, local food from a luxurious establishment such as yours. I'm sure there are plenty of local producers who would be willing to be involved. Overall the impression was 'generic 3 star hotel buffet breakfast'. When I stay again (and I will!) even if breakfast is free, I will not bother going to the dining room to have any. It's not good enough really.
