Luxury hotels and resorts

We had a lovely stay - the apartment was fantastically well equipped. We also had a magnificent view, of Etna and the Coastline, from our bedroom, living room and balcony. All facilities on site were spot on - lovely shaded pool, lounge area, and good laundry facilities. Hosts were fantastic also - some of the best and most accommodating we have ever come across. Only slight negative is the walk back up to town, with the very steep hill and short route along the roadway. No issue for younger generation but perhaps may be an inconvience to others. But on the flip side to this, the location was much quieter and allowed for free street parking just outside the residence. Plus the walk was a good warm up for etna. A very enjoyable stay - we wouldn't hesitate to go back. :-)

Service und Gastfreundlichkeit lässt arg zu wünschen übrig. Von dem uns bekannten Personal, sind die Zimmermädchen, das gesamte Badeaufsichtpersonal, zwei Serviceangestellte und zwei Receptionisten top, der Rest flop. Die gesamte Anlage wird gemolken ohne auch nur einen Hauch in Renovationsarbeiten zu stecken. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist Wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist im Kasernenstil, schade wenn man bedenkt, dass Sizilien kulinarisch einiges mehr zu bieten hat als Rührei mit Speck. Danke für die Erfahrung wir sind geheilt.

Schön, teuer und eine perfekte Lage. Bestmöglicher Service mit superfreundlichem Personal. Unser Whirlpool-Suite war sehr angenehm.
