Luxury hotels and resorts

We were delighted with our stay in your hotel and the quality of the welcome we received. Your staff were very helpful and allowed us to retrieve our rental car which was stuck on the median of the road in Punta Maddalena due to the heavy rain. Due to Hurricane Apollo we extended our stay by 2 days in your hotel. Unfortunately the Villa Carlotta where we were to stay in Taormina refused to make a commercial gesture and charged us for the nights of 29 and 30 October. We are going to make use of our insurance and would need a certificate from you for the case of force majeure that we suffered and the impossibility where we were to go to Taormina because of the floods and the immobilization of our vehicle. Servizio eccezionale, posto incantevole!

Bonjour, Logement Lodge haut de gamme ++ Petit déjeuner de très bon niveau ++ salle très agréable et personnel très avenant++ Dîner très moyen pour moi (vin trop jeune, crustacé trop cuit) Ma compagne a été satisfaite de son repas. Le rapport qualite/Prix est excessif - - Le personnel est très attentif et professionnel+++ Hôtel très beau+++( attention au train qui peut gâcher un séjour si la fréquence est trop élevée ) Sa petite taille est un atout à conserver Nous reviendrons+++ Merci Marco Ramos

Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Nie wieder. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind schön der Rest eine Katastrophe. Teilweise so hochnäsiges Personal das man sich nicht als Gast wohl fühlte sonder eher unerwünscht.Pool wasser trüb , mit Chlor versucht das dreckige Wasser zu überdecken, bis wir was gesagt haben, plötzlich war frisches Wasser drin. Im PRIVAT Strand Müll. Frühstück war das allerschlimmste 4 Sterne, 2 tische nur süßes, am ersten Tag gab es noch Brötchen und gekochtes Ei, mit vertrockneten Käse und ein paar Scheiben Salami, danach nur noch Toast mit trockenem Käse und ein bisschen Schinken und wenn du später dran warst dann nur noch Toast mit butter. Auswahl am Abendessen, 1 Vorspeise 2 Pasta 2 Hauptgerichte und total überteuert.
