Luxury hotels and resorts

My mother and I stayed here one day and one night and were not overly impressed with this hotel. We did not find the front desk staff overly polite or helpful and they were not available during all of the posted hours. While the restuarant had a dinner menu posted, it was only open for the breakfast buffet. The server was nice though. The pool was in fact a dip pool and we were not given information on the hotel's amenities and discovered for ourself the access to the beach by wandering around. Found 3 cockroaches in our room in the morning.

Wir waren 1 Woche in Taormina und haben die Luxury Residence sehr genossen. Die traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, die auf reede liegenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe und den Etna hat uns begeistert. Den Ausbruch des Etna am 27.4. konnten wir vom Balkon unserer Wohnung aus hautnah verfolgen. Herr Fabiano war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der fast familiären Atmosphäre. Wir empfehlen die Luxury Residence gerne weiter.

Overall, all 5 of my family enjoyed our stay at Zash and the number of queries I had, were dealt with in a professional manner. I appreciated the owners email addressing my issues and her subsequent price reduction to our final invoice. All your staff were very helpful and charming, in particular Daniel, who we thought was great. Your restaurant is fabulous in every way and the chef serves a very good standard of Cuisine. I hope the owner acts on my advice for some 'Private' signs to help guests in Room 10 maintain their privacy.

Ritengo che lo scenario naturale in cui il Resort è collocato sia davvero incomparabile! Anche la struttura è estremamente curata e piacevole. Non posso giudicare il ristorante gastronomico, ma, a mio parere, resta ancora un pò da perfezionare l'impostazione del ristorante Il Cappero (anch'esso molto grazioso e romantico) rendendo più varia e completa la scelta dei piatti proposti e "coordinandolo" meglio con la cucina/cantina. Se ciò potesse avvenire, nessuno più si muoverebbe dal Resort per la cena e le prenotazioni "fioccherebbero" anche dall'esterno!
