Il luogo dove sorge la struttura è bello e silenzioso. La camera ed il bagno molto puliti e confortevoli. Gli spazi interni comuni poco curati nella pulizia. Il personale addetto al servizio della prima colazione poco professionale,poco attento,e poco presente. Il nostro espresso è arrivato dopo la terza richiesta e il nostro desiderio di avere apparecchiato un tavolo che non fosse colpito dal sole non è mai stato esaudito!

resort con diverse pecche: 1- spiaggia non pulita ma soprattutto fatiscente dal punto di vista strutturale 2- non è accettabile la lista dei vini con il più economico a euro 26, ripeto euro 26 (cdc del costo medio di euro 5); 3- governante continuamente sollecitata a sostituire le necessità mancanti in bagno; 4- inaccettabile la formula fast lunch con prezzi eccessivi per i diversi piatti; 5- mezzi audio-visivi di scarsa qualità, piccoli per dimensioni (tv a 22 pollici) con acquisto programmi sky attraverso la reception!!! sistema wi-fi di scarsa potenza e qualità. in sostanza squilibrio consistente tra qualità-servizi-prezzo finale.

We had a great time at the hotel this summer. Excellent location and service. We even can't remember any moment which could dissapoint us. We strictly recommend the hotel to anybody who would like to have good holiday in Taormina. Best wishes, Natalia & Marina.

Although located on a beautiful property, this hotel left something to be desired. It does not live up to its potential. The front desk was understaffed and underattentive. It took us a very long time to check in, and they barely pointed the way to our room despite the pouring rain. Our room had ants and only half working lights. Staff members were unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing special and the pastries were terrible. Their property is lovely, and they could improve with a better staff.
