Luxury hotels and resorts

The property and its surrounding lush gardens are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the food (breakfast, dinner at the Michelin restaurant, as well as the poolside bar food) and drinks selection immensely, with particular compliments to bartender Alberto Paternò for his incredible cocktail creations. When we arrived, we inquired whether it was possible to move to a room with its own small garden instead of our original room with small balconies, and were extremely pleased to hear that the hotel was able to arrange this for us the following day. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to visit Zash soon again when we doubtlessly return to Sicily in the near future!

Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub auf Sizilien in der Villa im Apartment 5 verbracht. Der beeindruckende Blick auf die Bucht und den Ätna von der großzügigen Terrasse war immer wieder ein Genuss. Das Apartment ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ließ nichts an Utensilien vermissen. Die Bilder sind in keinster Weise geschönt. Der Weg nach Taormina ist zwar steil, aber gut in 10 Minuten zu bewältigen. Der Gastgeber, Herr Fabiano, war sehr freundlich und spricht auch deutsch. Mit seinen guten Tipps haben wir einige sehr gute Restaurants in Taormina gefunden und hervorragendes Essen genossen.

Capofaro is an oasis on the beautiful island of Salina! We really enjoyed our stay, recovered quickly and felt very comfortable. Peace, tranquillity, fantastic service, wonderful surroundings and the excellent wine of Tasca d'Almerita (perfectly presented by the Sommelier) made our stay very pleasant! We will definitely be back!
