Wunderschönes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf das Tempeltal. Ein märchenhafter Garten lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Die Zimmer sind, wie überhaupt das gesamte Anwesen äußerst geschmackvoll gestaltet, die Küche bietet großartiges Essen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

An excellent experience notwithstanding a few glitches that should not have occurred. 1. The golf was a mess. Just because we were 7 friends travelling together we were deemed to be a "group" and therefore given terrible tee times after having been bumped from originally given good tee times by another "group". This occurred as we watched that there was virtually no one on the "other" course. The rented clubs were mostly good but some of the bags were a hodge podge of mixed up clubs and the staff would not provide a proper set even though it appeared that you had such sets available and they were not given out to other guests. You are a first class resort - don't cheap out on the club rental. Give your guests the complete set of good clubs that they paid for. 2. The "endless" part was confusing. If you are entitled to one glass of wine only -say so. We were 7 people and constantly in wonder about what was or was not included in drinks at meal times. Make it SIMPLE because we or at least I, am stupid!

The hotel is beautiful and accommodation were very good , the breakfast and lunch were excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Only thing that would make this place perfect , if Ithere was a shuttle to beach and city !

i want to make a quick report for you. first of all they lost our case in airport. we had to spent 2 ours in the big quie. your staff helped us to find our case after be kicked. door to toilet was'nt closed. staff promised to fix it but have not done anything. restorant in the hotel is only one, expensive and not very good.we had to eat in Siracusa or in fish restorant Ostrica park which was perfect. bricks on the road are broken in many places and nobody fix it. road to Siracusa was broken for 4 days and nobody fix it. the beach was dirty. the last day climat system wss broken. staff refused to change our room and give us 55 euro compensation for hot and wet night. i thing for 5 star hotel it is too much. i hope my report will help you in future.
