Luxury hotels and resorts

Notre impression , excellente , est toutefois le résultat d'une expérience de séjour en période TRES creuse !( tres tres peu de monde ) Nous espérons donc que la qualité de votre hospitalité et des services reste la même quand l'hôtel est plein . En ce qui nous concerne ,un grand merci à toute votre équipe ! Et un grand bravo pour l'aménagement des chambres .

Our two days at the hotel were magical. The food and drink were absolutely delicious and our room was fantastic from the indoor fire, to the speakers, to the stand alone bath, to the wine. It was perfect. There were also two members of staff that completely transformed our experience: Alessandro making us the most delicious cocktails at the bar while we played back gammon and played great music. While Pietro was the master of the dining room: he gave us brilliant tips, particularly the fennel ragu and one of the Sicilian red wines. I loved hearing his stories about London and how he wanted to come back to the island. Both were really special and our experience would not have been the same without them! X a

Il resort è molto bello e ben curato, ma purtroppo il personale della reception, dell'accoglienza e del ristorante non è assolutamente preparato e adeguato. Scortesia, inefficienza e scarsissima disponibilità ad assecondare le esigenze dei clienti.

A fronte di una location stupenda, di ottime stanze e di una struttura importante ho verificato i seguenti difetti: 1) Ristorante non all'altezza e caro il prezzo rispetto alla qualità della cucina; 2) Mancanza di copertura wifi se non nella hall; 3) Chiusura di tutte le attività ad un'ora non consona ad un periodo di vacanze (ore 23) specialmente se rapportato al fatto che non vi sono zone di intrattenimento nelle vicinanze.
