good overall satallite TV showing Italian and German channels 'only 2 channels in English 'news'!'a DVD wil be a good idea prepare some essential stuff 'like bread, water, milk,....' as some customers arrive late

Loved it. The people, are incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmoshere quiet and comfortable. The horseback riding was excellent.

Volendo stare indisturbati a bordo piscina sarebbe preferibile evitare la musica fastidiosa che accompagna le signore per la lezione della ginnastica in acqua. Cio' vi fa un po somigliare a certi orribili resorts o clubs o spiagge italiane invasi dalla cosi' detta musica di intrattenimento.

The hotel it self is a OK resort, but is located quite far from anything else than the neighboring industrial buildings and the trafficked road. The service of the staff was overall a very disappointing experience, with the exception of the day time staff. The evening shift in the hotel and in the restaurant was unfriendly, and showed little interest in servicing their guests. We sat for almost an hour in the restaurant before anyone addressed us at the table, before we left and took our dinner elsewhere. We stayed at several other hotels booked at icastelli.net on our vacation, and this was the only hotel we were unsatisfied.
