Minareto is a beautiful resort with very good amenities, restaurants and bars. The pool is fairly spectacular and so is the sunset terrace overlooking the Ortigia Bay. Where the place could improve, is in its handling of guests and lack of real hospitality. Also, when staying in the top suite, water etc should 100% be included. Lastly, the mini bar goods are totally overpriced and the choice is very limited. We had higher expectations and Minareto didn’t quite meet our standards.

Everything was better than we dreamed. This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. All the staff were lovely and friendly, each location (bar, pool, restaurant, garden) was enchanting. We are already recommending it to everyone. Please pass on our thanks to all your staff for giving us such a magical time. Sara and Jerome.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:30 pm and thus had to leave luggage in storage. It was a little inconvenient but understandable.
