credo che bisogna migliorare il servizio in termini di attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti intesa come maggiore disponibilità al soddisfacimento delle richieste degli stessi.Le camere vanno migliorate come servizio pulizia come le scale che portano alle stesse completamente dimenticate, lo stesso dicasi per i balconi che per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno, almeno il nostro non è mai stato pulito. Credo ancora che, in un hotel a quattro stelle o che si qualifichi tale, non sia possibile avere delle semplici fotocopie per informare i clienti sui diversi orari e servizi.Da migliorare sicuramente i pranzi e le cene a buffet sono stati di scarsa qualità invece buoni i piatti a la carte anche se peccavano nella scelta perchè non c'era mai alternativa.In compenso la struttura è bellissima e quindi merita di essere valorizzata con una qualità dei servizi all'altezza. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di rispondere a questo breve questionario perchè spero di poter ritornare presso la vostra struttura ed andarmene soddisfatta. Buona giornata. Mariateresa Fappiano

Guests returning late can be noisy with doors slamming! Bathroom layout small

Mr Fabiano was an amazing host who settled us into our apartment which was furnished to the highest standard and cleaned immaculately. The apartment was beautifully furnished with a fully functional kitchen, TV room with the most amazing view and the adults and children's beds were immaculate. The residences were very secure with a beautiful pool. Our only comment is to parking which is difficult but access to the main town you dan walk too but you will need a car to drive to the other towns. We would highly recommended the accomodation and would return due to its vaccinity to Taormina .

Although we had a shaky start (a wedding took over the hotel as the weather was inclement) the staff were charming and tried their utmost to make amends. Subsequently relocated to lovely room (several levels upgraded) and a complimentary dinner. Fantastic resort, beautiful gardens, stunning location. Better than staying in Ortigia itself in our opinion. Staff couldn’t do more to help us - v friendly, polite and ultra efficient. Food excellent. Just a marvellous time all in all!
