we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thought that the hotel was one of the best on the island. we had never been to Panarea before and did not know where to begin as far as where to stay. What made our choice easier was the professional guidance of the icastelli set-up(ie., booking ease and confirmation assurance) and after a day there we invetsigated other choices and came away knowing we made the best choice that was available at the time. The location, the style, the cleanliness and the extremely helpful and friendly staff also made it very enjoyable. The only criticism would be the low lights in the bedrooms so that you do not even have a choice in case you want to read and our room had no outdoor sitting spot for reading either. In the case of rainy or cloudy weather we had difficulty deciding where to just hang out. Otherwise we were extremely happy and look forward to returning sometime.

Eine wunderbare Location um abzuschalten und auch als Standort, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Traumhafter Blick, tolles Team, extrem ruhige Lage!

Forth time at the estate. Beautiful place, both appartment and pool is fantastic. Mr. Fabbiano has managed to keep the estate in very good shape during these years. Street outside has been closed for traffic, so no more motorbikes passing by in this narrow street. Made also parking easier. Will be back if we visit Taormina again.

Pluspunkte: sehr geräumig, schöne Terrasse(n). Nach etwas holperigem Start war Herr Fabbiano dann ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Tipps weitergeholfen hat. Minuspunkte: Für uns die Lage, die einen unschönen kurzen Spaziergang entlang der Strasse und durch das Parkhaus notwendig macht, wenn man ins Städtchen möchte. Auch innerhalb der Appartementanlage sind lange Gänge und Treppenhäuser zu durchqueren. Das macht es für mich zu einer nicht so charmanten Adresse.
