The property is well maintained and very comfortable. It is however unsuitable for elderly guests due to the amount of steps involved getting around the property. The parking facilities are almost non existent and this area needs attention as it is sometimes impossible to find a parking spot and the road alongside the property is extremely steep and difficult to manoeuvre the car The interior of the apartments and the views are outstanding. The pool is very nice but cold as the solar heating did not seem to work very well We think the owners should provide soap, shampoo for guests as the nearest supermarket is a difficult 15 minute walk up a very steep hill The property is also not signposted and guests have to make an international phone call to the owner to gain access to the property if they are non Italian guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay but believe some minor changes could make it an outstanding stay We also disagree with the owners policy of reading the electrical meter on guests arrival and potentially charging more if the electrical allowance is exceeded. This is after all a "Luxury Residence" Soap, shampoo and electricity should all be included in the tariff

Absolutely wonderful ! The people , property , location and room were all outstanding . From our welcoming arrival to our arranged departure we could not have been more pleased . We totally disagree with negative comments we saw on Trip Advisor and look forward to returning ! Tom and Theresa Fryer

This is a perfect place to stay in Trapani. The hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful. We would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in this interesting port.
