Villa Neri is a welcoming hotel, beautifully located on the slopes of the Etna. Good views, good pool, consistent delivery of service, excellent breakfast. Perhaps the only tiny minus here goes to the restaurant itself and the menu. Two different dishes came with the same vegetable julienne, which should not happen. Also, on my dish the chef forgot the potatoes, which came after we pointed it out. They were served late, but in the end they were OK. We liked our stay there very much, but would definitly and humbly suggest a revamp on the menu and on the cooking, giving that extra edge the hotel could use. thumbs up for villa neri (also would recommend changing the limoncello brand).

This is our second one time to your beautiful hotel and I personally chose this location to celebrate my 70th Birthday! The staff is excellent: from Antonio at the Reception, to Carlo at the pool, to Marco and Simon at the pool cafe! There were also some exceptional people that I can’t remember their names, but the tall Romanian restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. We will be back for sure!!! We only stayed for one night, but everything was excellent. We especially liked the lady who served us at breakfast and lunch the second day. The olive oil we bought was great and makes us remember our stay even though we are back in a rainy Sweden. The dinner was also perfect. Great food and a great wine suggestion!

Overall we had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. Service from our arrival to the pool bar and restaurant were excellent. A particular highlight was meeting the owner at dinner.
