das a la carte essen in Ihren Restaurant ist unverschämt teuer "Spaghetti pomodoro, balico, - 28:--€ , ist einzigartig in ganz Italien !! Das Buftet - Essen sehr einfach ! Die Beleuchtung im Restaurant, Buffet ist unverständlich dnkel vielleicht will der Koch von seinem sehr einfachem und winfallslosem Buffet-Angebot ablenken. Das Licht in de Suite ist auch sehr schwierig man findet kaum einen Platz wo man lesen kann ! Über den Service kann ich nur sagen Perfekt !! We were delighted with our stay in your hotel and the quality of the welcome we received. Your staff were very helpful and allowed us to retrieve our rental car which was stuck on the median of the road in Punta Maddalena due to the heavy rain. Due to Hurricane Apollo we extended our stay by 2 days in your hotel. Unfortunately the Villa Carlotta where we were to stay in Taormina refused to make a commercial gesture and charged us for the nights of 29 and 30 October. We are going to make use of our insurance and would need a certificate from you for the case of force majeure that we suffered and the impossibility where we were to go to Taormina because of the floods and the immobilization of our vehicle.
