Beautiful hotel in an amazing location perfect for a romantic short stay. We were upgraded to a suite. Only one complaint about the attitude of restaurant staff at breakfast who were reluctant to provide us with a table outside due to the weather but we got the impression it was simply they didn t want to bother. Lacking customer service here shame Otherwise an enjoyable stay and will return.

the restaurant was disappointing. change the chef. free wi fi is important, in the rooms as well, as in many superior hotels. tv in the living room would be nice as well as a proper reading lamp. the castle and garden are wonderful as are the rooms. thanks to Simone at the reception.

very interesting art rooms, we could watch the sunset from our bed (el nido), very small breakfast, about half an hour east from Cefalu which we did not really know before, nice village with nice restaurants for dinner so no need to drive to Cefalu and if so the coastline is beautiful and not so far to drive as if you take the highway.

A beautiful place with all comfort you are looking for. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
