Lovely apartment Very hospitable - lots of info and good advice Nice pool (although very cold) Great views Well equipped and located for Taormina (although highly unsuitable for handicapped/those who are not good at walking or unfit) Bad parking - very steep and difficult to turn (a dead end) so either be a confident driver or get a taxi! Electricity allowance is tight and you good easily end up paying an additional charge especially for a family of 4. Mosquitoes!!! Bring lots of repellant.. 11 bites on the first night! I have travelled extensively and thought it was expensive to stay here.

This hotel is wonderful, however the rooms, both guest rooms and public rooms could use freshing up a bit. The rooms were tired, the air conditioning in our room did not work effectively, and there were numerous flying insects in the room. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The restaurants and other facilities (pool, bar) were excellent.

Peccato ! Il complesso alberghiero è molto bello . La location è addirittura spettacolare. Manca purtroppo il personale in alcuni servizi. Ai bordi piscina non c'è traccia di addetti (bagnini) a cui chiedere un telo bagno. In costume da bagno , un ospite è costretto a recarsi alla reception per farseli consegnare dall'addetta all'in coming. Alle ore 13,00 - ora di un buon aperitivo ai bordi della piscina - non c'è traccia di camerieri per questo servizio . Dopo averli ordinati direttamente al bar ( DUE ANALCOLICI ) ci sono stati serviti assieme a quattro pasticcini con crema ! " Non c'erano salatini " è stata la risposta. Nelle camere , infestate da zanzare , per avere un fornellino chiesto alle ore 17,00 , si è atteso sino alle ore 2,00 di notte . Peccato ! Poteva essere un bel soggiorno.
