Tutto perfetto. Unico neo: i pochi passi che separano l'appartamento da Taormina sono da percorrere in uno stradone/un curvone senza marciapiede. Inoltre non sappiamo se sia usuale dover portare la spazzatura "a passeggio" prima di poterla buttare. Sarebbe preferibile istallare un cassonetto all'uscita degli appartamenti. Ospitalità eccezionale. Concetto e vista magnifici. Pulizia esemplare. DA RACCOMANDARE! Un grazie infinito.

Thank you. Only thing is that they did not accept Credit Card for payment. Cash only. No problem, but could present problem for travellers who are not near ATM. Advertise that they do NOT ACCEPT Credit Card for balance. Other than that, was fine

Very bad : even if workers are very nice, there is no service. The room was located at 1 meter of a wall, just in front of the room window. Cable TV did not work (SKY). Internet connection did not work for two days. Prices annouced on restaurant menu are not the same as on the bill. The price paid does not worth hotel quality and service.

Excellent quality resort! Best remote leisure resort in Europe and one of the best in world. We have never experienced such hospitality and care anywhere in U.S. Europe or Asia. Well done! Keep it up!
