One of the best experiences my wife and I could have wished for. The Front of house management (Daniele) and Spa management (Chiara) were outstanding as were the very friendly and accommodating general staff. We will be going back in 2026 for sure. Colin & Angela.

Thank you for providing us relaxing Holidays trough the right balance between availability and tranquility to our family and friends. The hotel and its park is a really sweet location where everyone can find its place without noise. We had also good lunch.

Leider entsprach das Dinner in keinster Weise einem 4 Sterne Hotel.Wir haben dreimal zu Abend im Hotel gegessen und waren jedesmal enttäuscht bzw. sogar geschockt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte in keiner Weise. Drei Gänge bestehend aus Fisch (noch dazu Sardinen) ist eine Zumutung. Ein Staek für 33,00€ ca.180gr. ohne Beilage und ein Gericht ausgedruckt als Carne (heißt für uns übersetzt Fleisch) für 21,00€ bestand aus 3 Stückchen Käse plus zwei Kleckse Marmelade. Ich könnte noch einige Punkte aufführen aber das bringt ja nichts. Zum anderen habe ich Zuhause festgestellt, dass uns 51,00€ zuviel in Rechnung gestellt wurden.44,00€ für CITY TAX ? war in der Bestätigung nicht angegeben und 11,00€ wurden zuviel für Getränke berechnet. Hi there, We recently had a great stay at San Carlo suites. It was wonderful and I wish it could have been longer. The only things I noticed were that the perfume or scent of the room was a bit strange. We got used to it, but it didn't necessarily enhance the room in a good way. Also, our room opened up to the main dining/kitchen area and it seemed that maybe the lights staying on all or most of the night was somewhat disruptive. Maybe a smaller night lamp or motion sensor lights might be better so bright light doesn't come in under the door crack? Otherwise the room was wonderful, the quality of the windows and shutters was fantastic at creating a quiet, peaceful environment above the busy street. I am sure these details are expensive and it was well worth the cost. The shower/bathroom was lovely too, but the hand shower hose was broken - maybe it has been noticed and fixed by now.
