Wifi badly set up and was not readily accessible. Breakfast coffee terrible. Breakfast food and service poor. Wonderful location and pool. Bar service excellent. Restaurant very good. Reception staff good. Thank you!

Je ne regrette pas mon choix sur votre site car d'une part icastelli a répondu avec beaucoup de gentillesse à toutes mes questions (c'était mon premier achat sur votre site ) et d'autre part nous avons été reçus "aux petits oignons" par zash et l'équipe formidable qui les anime. nous réutiliserons vos services certainement car nous avons été ravis de icastelli et de lhotel où nous sommes allés.

no problem recommending Verdura to anyone but I think staff can seem poorly trained at times and the systems for checkingin for golf seem antiquated and the computers far too slow and the Kleenex I the rooms is very small almost uneless tissues put in proper boxes of Kleenex
