Alberghi e Resort di lusso

Although located on a beautiful property, this hotel left something to be desired. It does not live up to its potential. The front desk was understaffed and underattentive. It took us a very long time to check in, and they barely pointed the way to our room despite the pouring rain. Our room had ants and only half working lights. Staff members were unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing special and the pastries were terrible. Their property is lovely, and they could improve with a better staff.

Sehr angenehmes kleines B&B in eine sehr schönen renovierten Stadtwohnung. Ausgesprochen netter Service, schönes Zimmer, beste Lage mitten in der Altstadt.

La camera era un po' spartana, poco spaziosa e sfornita di alcuni comfort cui sono abituata (es. bollitore, blocchetto per appunti e penna/matita, ...). Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per una soluzione di quel tipo. Ottimi invece il ristorante (sia cucina che sala) e la massaggiatrice. La SPA davvero piccola e un po' costosa.

Un bon niveau de service, cadre et position. Le pdj est parfait et le systeme d'apperitif est excellent. Une critique: la chambre et la salle de bain etaient petites.
