The property is well maintained and very comfortable. It is however unsuitable for elderly guests due to the amount of steps involved getting around the property. The parking facilities are almost non existent and this area needs attention as it is sometimes impossible to find a parking spot and the road alongside the property is extremely steep and difficult to manoeuvre the car The interior of the apartments and the views are outstanding. The pool is very nice but cold as the solar heating did not seem to work very well We think the owners should provide soap, shampoo for guests as the nearest supermarket is a difficult 15 minute walk up a very steep hill The property is also not signposted and guests have to make an international phone call to the owner to gain access to the property if they are non Italian guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay but believe some minor changes could make it an outstanding stay We also disagree with the owners policy of reading the electrical meter on guests arrival and potentially charging more if the electrical allowance is exceeded. This is after all a "Luxury Residence" Soap, shampoo and electricity should all be included in the tariff

Bellissima struttura, ottimo servizio, pulizia accuratissima delle camere e degli spazi comuni.Personale molto professionale e cortese. Un piccolo suggerimento per il servizio ristorazione è quello di puntare ad un menu piu' tipico.gia' consigliato agli amici e noi ritorneremo presto!

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Sizilien und im Castello di San Marco. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Etna und Taormina, einfach herrlich, der riesige Garten, Park mit Palmen, Oliven, Zitronenbäumen und das sehr grosszügige Pool.....einfach herrlich. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach gehalten (im Extra Zimmer für unsere Kinder gab es nur Zustellbetten) aber sehr sauber. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Es ist ruhig und erholsam aber auch den Kindern (5, 14) hat es sehr gut gefallen. jedenfalls sehr zu empfehlen :)

überhaus herzliche Hosts (wir wurden mit allem was ein Morgenessen benötigt versorgt), alles tiptop, sauber. güntig. Tolles Haus, alt-modern gut gemixt für Sizilien-Erkundungen muss man jedoch viel Autofahren, Restaurants etc nicht in der Nähe. Fazit: - für selbstversorgende Erholungsfans, welche einfach "nur sein wollen", perfekt !!
