My mother and I stayed here one day and one night and were not overly impressed with this hotel. We did not find the front desk staff overly polite or helpful and they were not available during all of the posted hours. While the restuarant had a dinner menu posted, it was only open for the breakfast buffet. The server was nice though. The pool was in fact a dip pool and we were not given information on the hotel's amenities and discovered for ourself the access to the beach by wandering around. Found 3 cockroaches in our room in the morning.

A beautifully appointed home with a relaxing garden. A perfect place when visiting the north side of Mt Etna. The hospitality of the hosts made our stay problem free and enjoyable. Thanks Andrea!

A wonderful, relaxing stay in a wonderful location. The apartment was perfect for our special silver wedding anniversary holiday. Just a 10 minute walk to Taormina with large choice restaurants and shops and yet far enough way to be very quiet. The whole complex was very clean and well looked after and the pool was amazing. Would certainly recommend the Luxury Residence, Taormina.

You have a lovely hotel. I have already recommended it to many friends and colleagues if they should ever venture to the beautiful island of Sicely. The staff were all attentive and courteous and very helpful (even helping is work out the locking system on our hire car): the room was lovely - and clean (very important). Beautiful setting too of course. And wonderful food. Wish i was back there now.
