Beautiful hotel with stunning pool area, lovely staff and very luxurious, spacious rooms. The breakfast is simply outstanding. The restaurant is beautiful and in the garden - we did the tasting menu one night and that was great, but would have been nice to have some more affordable a la carte options for when you want to eat at the restaurant but not do the full tasting. We didn't want to do it two nights in a row so ordered individual dishes on the second night, but they were very small and very expensive as they were part of the tasting menu!

L'accueil était sympathique,mais la chambre rustique et sombre la journée,pas d'armoire mais une tringle pour suspendre les vêtements au dessus du frigo, pas de safe dans la chambre,mauvaise insonorisation avec la chambre voisine,beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations !!

it was a lovely hotel.... perfect for what we wanted. you deffinetly need a car!! everybody at the hotel spoke very little english, which is cool but quite hard to order food or ask for anything!?!

Capofaro is an oasis on the beautiful island of Salina! We really enjoyed our stay, recovered quickly and felt very comfortable. Peace, tranquillity, fantastic service, wonderful surroundings and the excellent wine of Tasca d'Almerita (perfectly presented by the Sommelier) made our stay very pleasant! We will definitely be back!
