We cannot believe that a room of 120€ can be so noisy. From 7 in the morning we could not sleep because of the noise of the building next to us. Although the location is good in the morning, the area in the afternoon and night is very insecure. We were left alone from the begining, the services are really poor.

This is our second one time to your beautiful hotel and I personally chose this location to celebrate my 70th Birthday! The staff is excellent: from Antonio at the Reception, to Carlo at the pool, to Marco and Simon at the pool cafe! There were also some exceptional people that I can’t remember their names, but the tall Romanian restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. We will be back for sure!!! Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und jedes Appartment für sich ein Schmuckstück. Die Residenz ist die schönste Ferienunterkunft, die ich je hatte. Herr Fabbiano bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Auch die Lage ist ein Traum. In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum von Taormina. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ätna ist atemberaubend. Für mich gibt es aber doch 2 Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten. W-lan war in unserem Appartment leider gar nicht zu empfangen, auch auf der Terrasse nur an einem Punkt. Für den Außenbereich des Pools würde ich mir Sonnenschirme wünschen. Ich werde die Luxury Residence auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und habe vor, bald wieder meine Ferien dort zu verbringen!!!

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé dans Ragusa à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de l'escalier menant à Ragusa Ibla. Belle cour arrière avec chaises et piscine. Le déjeuner est excellent et très majoritairement bio. Seul petit problème de notre côté, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. Pour le reste, un séjour parfait.
