Zash Country Boutique Hotel & Spa is located in Riposto, a seaside village, Etna harbor between Taormina and Catania. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful typical Mediterranean citrus grove of 13 hectares, with a beautiful view of the mountain side of the volcano Etna, and sea view of the bay of Taormina.
The Zash comes from the recovery of an old manor house with annexed old wine chamber used in ancient times for the pressing of the vine and the production of wine, in a combination of modern details such as contemporary design and historical elements of the house such as lava stone, vaulted ceilings and original elements, today the hotel is a fascinating place where you can appreciate the ancient charm but with modern comforts, including nature, history and scents of nature.
Rooms & Suites:
The 17 rooms and suites of the Zash Country Boutique Hotel have been distributed among the various areas of the hotel and in particular:
-4 rooms in the old manor house on the main floor with large vaulted ceilings "in the house", large windows and views of the sea and Etna mountain.
-3 rooms "in the wine cellar" the old storage room where the wine was kept overlooking the garden.
-3 rooms immersed in the beautiful Mediterranean citrus grove "in the green" with large windows overlooking the garden, some with patio and private space, while 3 others in the ancient dependance of the caretaker always overlooking the garden.
-4 new rooms called "Green Lodge/Cubes" are immersed in the citrus grove surrounded by plants and fruit trees, characterized by a private heated outdoor pool and large windows overlooking the garden.
In the old wine chamber, a restaurant dedicated to the times when the vine was produced, Zash's restaurant was created. Here, the chef, using products at 0 km, also thanks to his own production garden, offers gourmet dishes paired with local traditional cuisine. Attached to the restaurant is the lounge bar, for a selection of aperitifs and cocktails to be enjoyed at sunset or after dinner.
Guests can enjoy a free 90-minute SPA (wet area) at the wellness center, which has always been created in the "wine cellar", the ancient wine store, an oasis of well-being and relaxation, with a swimming pool built in lava stone, turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and area dedicated to treatments such as detox massages and relaxation. For spa and beauty treatments, the SPA uses the products of the famous brand "Maria Galland Paris".

Blend Room

Rooms are located in the spaces that in the past were dedicated to the conservation of wine: the cellar. The design action was carried out by inserting white volumes that enclose intimate bedrooms inside, in which the walls and floors in white resin contrast sharply with the pre-existing walls made with exposed lava stone. Skilfully restored and illuminated, they make the visitor relive the charm of history but from a contemporary perspective
Iconic Room
Room surface: 30m² 40m²
The Iconic Rooms have been designed and equipped to ensure maximum comfort and an attractive look. They can be located on the first floor in the house, framing the wonderful Etna through the window. Or surrounded by greenery with a panoramic window overlooking the citrus grove. They are large from 30 to 40 square meters. The assignment of the rooms is at the discretion of the hotel and depends of the availability.
Historic Room
Room surface: 35m² 40m²
Historic, the vaults inside the room that overlook the citrus grove from a wide view from the first floor of the main house or from the old caretaker's house. The materials and the lights combine with nature for a magical symbiosis between inside and outside.
Unique Suite
Room surface: 50m² 55m²
Comfortable, spacious and bright, they are ideal for a couple's stay characterized by discretion and charm, or for a family of four. The Unique Suites are located in the garden with a patio near the citrus grove that expresses itself with its smells and colors or on the first floor of the manor house and offer a unique view of the Sicilian sea from the terrace. Spacious about 55 square meters, the Unique Suites consist of two rooms: a lounge and a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds
Pool Villa

Separated from the main building, they are totally immersed in the citrus grove. Equipped with a terrace with private bath that allows air bubble massage, you can glimpse Etna on one side and the sea on the other. Here the concept of "green design" is amplified: both Pool Villa have been designed with glass walls that make the citrus grove a natural extension of the rooms. Large 40 square meters inside are dated to queen size beds and a sofa bed that can be divided into two single beds if useful.
