Luxury hotels and resorts

The note is not quite up to icastelli.net hotels I have stayed at in the past. The property is uneven, with no AC in all the old rooms. The furnishings and appearance of the new building is spare and unattractive. The pool is attractive but the machinery is nearby and very noisy. Hotel receptionist was unprofessional, not helpful and decidedly unfriendly.

Fantastic service and location. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but otherwise an excellent hotel.

very good customer services and full availibility of the staff. regarding the room : main door should more noise reducing, nespresso caps should be furnished more often, breakfast could be a bit more elaborated (some fresh fruits, fresh squeezed juices and meat/cheese). Otherwise very nice area, good service and architecture/design concept.

Un accueil très courtois et personnalisé ( On vous accompagne pour garer votre voiture...quasi impossible dans Ragusa Ibla) PDJ superbe et très bons produits locaux. Un seul "HIC", l'insonorisation....on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine.
