Luxury hotels and resorts

The hotel it self is a OK resort, but is located quite far from anything else than the neighboring industrial buildings and the trafficked road. The service of the staff was overall a very disappointing experience, with the exception of the day time staff. The evening shift in the hotel and in the restaurant was unfriendly, and showed little interest in servicing their guests. We sat for almost an hour in the restaurant before anyone addressed us at the table, before we left and took our dinner elsewhere. We stayed at several other hotels booked at icastelli.net on our vacation, and this was the only hotel we were unsatisfied.

La nostra esperienza al Baglio e stata indimenticabile! Il servizio delle persone che lavorano al Baglio e stato bravissimo e tutte sonno simpaticissime. Devo dire che il cibo e delizioso. Spero poter tornare al Baglio altre volte!

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de réelle plage (3m linéaire de sable pour rentrer dans l'eau) et que le restaurant soit un peu cher pour les plats proposés. Très belle vue sur le chateau (pour les chambres avec vue) qui n'est malheureusement pas éclairé le soir...
