ottima la struttura ottima la posizione, ma il servizio in generale e nello specifico al ristorante, sicuramente non all'altezza.

The place is so beautiful and the room was fantastic, thanks for the free upgrade to suite! The personnel is very firendly and helpful, I felt like a special guest or a friend. I definetely will reommend to everybody! And hope to come again!

ho prenotato anche per rilassarmi nella jacuzzi........... che però non funzionava...... che dire di più.......

Un accueil très courtois et personnalisé ( On vous accompagne pour garer votre voiture...quasi impossible dans Ragusa Ibla) PDJ superbe et très bons produits locaux. Un seul "HIC", l'insonorisation....on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine.
