Luxury hotels and resorts

We really enjoyed the holiday and Mr Fabbiano& Barbara were very helpful& welcoming. The property was lovely& clean& we had everything we needed with beautiful views. The only things we would have liked to be better were that the pool was very cold at 22 degrees so we didnt use it. It was heated by solar panels but this wasnt enough. That wasa shame as we paid extra to stay in somewhere with a pool. Also the walk to the local town was dangerous on a busy road with no pavement& we had to then go through a carpark& up a lift to get there. Many thanks Mr&Mrs Saunders

Situation magnifique mais aucune prestation justifiant 3 et encore moins 4 étoiles. Personnel (hors responsable de l'accueil) gentil mais en nombre insuffisant. Aspect général d'un club plus que d'un hôtel.

We loved the location and the town. We felt the pricing reflected the view and the castle setting more than the creature comforts of the rooms. The service was excellent and we particularly appreciated Enzo's help and good humor.

We had an amazing time at Raya. The Hotel staff and facilities were excellent and charming across the board. The room was beautifully situated with an exquisite view. My only comment is that the room itself was slightly underwhelming, with a small and flimsy bed and very average bathroom. Also the Wi-Fi signal was weak to non-existent. All that said, I would rush back to Hotel Raya and Panarea at any opportunity. Paradise.
