Belle restauration. Esthétique au niveau de l'accueil, des chambres, du salon et de la salle à manger. Un design épuré de bon goût. Le centre Spa est à souligner aussi pour son esthétique et la qualité des massages proposés . Je n'oublierai pas de féliciter le chef pour ses plats divers. La piscine est un endroit plein de séreinité parmi les citronniers. Le personnel est aimable. Cependant, dans ce magnifique endroit , il serait à prévoir des ajustements : peignoir de bain dans les chambres, oranges pressées frais au petit déjeuner et grille pain . Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel, nous y reviendrons certainement .

amazing hotel in the center !(corso umberot)

We couldn't reach the room service for 20minutes to order our lunch!!! I called a first time and the concierge answered me. Then I called again and the reception answered..... Never saw this in any other 5 star hotel in the world! Then came the Tuna salad : a few green lettuce leaves and tuna threw in a huge glass bowl - it really looked ridiculous for 24 euro.... I even took a picture of it!!!! At least arrange it in a nice way, with cherry tomatoes in a nice plate... But you cannot serve this like that for 24 euro! This was really surprising when we know your main restaurant just earned a second Michelin star..... The room was ok but really needed renovation. The guy who parks the car was very very nice. I hope this comment will help you improving a few things. Regards

This is an amazing hotel ! First of all the location in Taormina was perfect, then the room was stunning with a very nice view on the see and the Etna. Both breakfast and restaurant were very good... exquisite food, perfect service : the restaurant on the roof is really spectacular ! We loved this hotel.
