Luxury hotels and resorts

Ho già visto che altri lo hanno fatto notare....un Hotel di questo livello non puo' chiedere 6 euro/ora per la connessione internet....dovrebbe essere un servizio incluso nel prezzo. Estremamente gradita la gentilezza del personale.

We couldn't reach the room service for 20minutes to order our lunch!!! I called a first time and the concierge answered me. Then I called again and the reception answered..... Never saw this in any other 5 star hotel in the world! Then came the Tuna salad : a few green lettuce leaves and tuna threw in a huge glass bowl - it really looked ridiculous for 24 euro.... I even took a picture of it!!!! At least arrange it in a nice way, with cherry tomatoes in a nice plate... But you cannot serve this like that for 24 euro! This was really surprising when we know your main restaurant just earned a second Michelin star..... The room was ok but really needed renovation. The guy who parks the car was very very nice. I hope this comment will help you improving a few things. Regards

Zu allererst ist zu sagen, dass das gesamte Personal extrem nett und zuvorkommend ist, manche auch lustig! Der Zug daneben ist zwar nicht zu sehen, aber stark zu hören. .. Man gewöhnt sich aber scnell daran. War kein wirkliches Problem. Einige Zimmer sind bereits etwas abgewohnt und benötigen kleine Reparaturen. Die Kleinigkeiten machen es aus! Und bitte das Zimmerschloßproblem lösen. Die Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung. SOnst... Tolles interessantes Essen. Wenn die Haupt-Karte täglich oder zumindest 2 Mal in der Woche getauscht werden würde, wären wir nicht nur 3 mal essen gegangen, sondern immer. Ist nur ein Anstoss der vielleicht schwer durchführbar ist. Sonst ein toller Urlaub! lgPP
