Luxury hotels and resorts

Even though there was a problem with our reservation (we had reserved a room for 2 adults and 1 child and got a room for 2 people), the problem was solved in a satisfactory manner - the first night we stayed in the "wrong" room and the following day moved into the right room. As compensation, we got a free dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The second room was very good, albeit dark. The pool was nice. The breakfast was okay. My son ate scrambled eggs everyday because they did not have sausages, smoked salmon etc. (and he doesn't eat bread or pastries). Also, they charge for a second cup of American coffee - I am not talking about espresso or capuccino, it is regular coffee (never seen this in other hotels). Dinner at the restaurant was very good. It was fun playing with the owners' dogs. Check-out was efficient. If in the area again, I would stay at the hotel.

A wonderful place to stay while in Novara!!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l'atmosfera rilassante ed elegante. Personalmente sono molto soddifatta della struttura e dei sui servizi. Molto buona la cucina e professionale la beauty farm con i suoi pacchetti benessere. Da consigliare a chi cerca un posto lontano dal caos....

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est satisfaisant avec une vue superbe. En revanche, certaines parties des extérieurs sont vraiment laissées à l'abandon. Cela altère vraiment la qualité des lieux. D'importants travaux sont à faire. L'entretien des piscines pourrait également être plus soigné (traces verdâtres). De plus notre chambre la R1 manquait de frigo, coffre, meubles de terrasse et de fil à linge. Le plafond de notre douche s'écroulait et fuyait. C'est vraiment préjudiciable pour un hôtel de cette envergure. Le petit-déjeuner servi qu'à partir de 8h cela peut-être embêtant avec de jeunes enfants. L'ensemble du personnel s'est montré plus qu'agréable.
